WOW! WOW! WOW! - Rated This is my top read ever. Don't let the length of it put you off.You might also think it could be a depressing read, but you would be mistaken, although some of it is tough reading. Don't miss out on this raw emotional book. It will put you through the ringer at times but it's fantastic. It's in my top 3 - Rated I have read this book a couple of times and will re-read it for years to come. Why can't they all be this good? You won't regret it... I know this much is true. - Rated Even after reading all the good reviews about this novel, I had it waiting on my bookself for a while. I don't know why but I didn't feel like reading a long book about schizophrenia and family drama. Finally, the day I decided to pick it up, I couldn't stop reading. I was totally caught up by the story, I could understand Dominick's feelings, I guess I suffered and healed with him. The book had such an insight of human nature that left me wondering how was it possible to capture so much truth in such a simple way. Please, don't be put out by the 900 pages, give it a try and you won't regret it, I know this much is true. READ IT ASAP - Rated I really enjoyed this book. It is the story of twin boys - one who is schizophrenic. I wasn't really expecting to enjoy it, but once I had started it I could not put it down. It will make you gasp, laugh and cry. It is an emotional rollercoaster. I loved it. Would also recommend "She's Come Undone" by the same author (an Oprah Reccomended Book) An excellent read - Rated I ordered I Know This Much Is True the day I finished She's Come Undone. Both are extremely well written, captivating books. Despite being almost 900 pages long, I read I Know This Much Is True in no time at all, and could have read much more. I thought all the characters were well written and the plot twists and turns were great (including several red herrings that put me back in my place!). One slight criticism - I could have done without the grandfather's story, which reminded me of David Mitchell's Cloud Atlas (which is certainly not a 5-star book in my opinion!). I found these parts frustrating as I wanted to get back to the main story.

Despite being almost 900 pages long, I read I Know This Much Is True in no time at all, and could have read much more.
