To be fair, if you are an old hand at the diet game You Sexy Thing! won't come as any surprise to you: the diet programme is sensible and the exercises are standard fodder for this type of book. However, Ursell's "up 'n' at 'em" tone, and her boundless enthusiasm (not to mention her thorough knowledge of what women really, really want from a diet book), lifts You Sexy Thing! from the diet book doldrums and offers hope to anyone who is thinking about squeezing the cellulite into a skimpy bikini or a pair of lacy knickers.--Susan Harrison

I started reading the book for pure pleasure and was bored by page 10. There's not anyhting people with a healthy attitude wouldn't know already. Quite boring and shallow read!
