Gave me confidence to face the worst my toddler can offer. - Rated This book has just made me feel so much better about what I have been going through with my 22 month old daughter, since the birth of my baby son 3 months ago. It's very informative, practical, realistic, easy to read and understand. As it is written by a child phycologist it really helps you get inside your toddler's mind and understand why they are behaving as they do. Plus, most importantly, it's short - I don't have much time for reading books these days. I can really recommend it. Very useful for modern mums - Rated I have a two and half year old boy. Since he passed two years old, he has started to his little bad temper. It got worse recently and I was desparated to look for solutions. I bought a few books about parenting. I have tried the methods introduced from '1-2-3 magic parenting'. Although it worked, I would like to understand more the reasons behind my son's tantrums as this book didn't explain it really well. Then I found this book from NCT, which is a book that gathered differnt mums' experience and the author made this book very easy to read. I found there are many children behaving the same way as my boy and the descriptions that the author described why and how a tantrum child behaves were exactly the same as how my boy behaves.
