Over the Moon Review 2007 - Rated Over the Moon is about a girl called Scarlett who's the prettiest of them all, and battles the title out with Tanya Hoskins. She has a best friend called Hattie and Scarlett goes gaga over a boy on the train, Matt. She also tries to improve herself to get merit marks and to go to Founder's Day and asks Matt to be her partner. Read, read, read!!! could be very good with bit more plot - Rated I liked this book but i kept thinking something big was going to happen and it never did.What the blurb makes sound so dramatic is actually done very quickly and unexcitingly. It was like the author was told to write a book and didnt really have any ideas. On a more positive note it is engaging and interesting

I liked this book but i kept thinking something big was going to happen and it never did.What the blurb makes sound so dramatic is actually done very quickly and unexcitingly. It was like the author was told to write a book and didnt really have any ideas.
