If you have a smoothie maker and you don't have the Innocent Smoothie Maker Recipe Book (available from Amazon.co.uk) then you are really missing out. Get this cheap book (£6.99) - it will open up a whole new world of ideas for meals, snacks and treats, and you will wonder how you ever managed without it. I am a 60-something with absolutely no culinary expertise (so Jamie Oliver can rest easy) but this book has changed my life. Give it a try - I'm sure that you won't be disappointed.

I do find this little book works perfectly for whipping up some fantastic vodka smoothies. I find it indespensible for whipping up strawberries for my daily vodka binge - 1/2 bottle of Vladivar Vodka and punnet of strawberries. I think my Artisan mixer works well with these recipees. Its great to wake up in the morning with a stinking hangover but at least i know i've had my daily dose of heathy vitamins.
I am currently listening to Van Morrison records and drinking wine while smoking the occasional cheap thin cigar.
