I hate to give up on a book, but I think I may have to.... - Rated
I've read 81 pages of this book now and I'm starting to lose patience. It's not telling me anything I don't already know. It's NOT a book on Cosmic Ordering, it's some contrived stuff about 'guardian angels' and how we should ask them to serve us, how they don't judge us, how they might not always be able to help us actually and it all depends on what we ask for and how much we're prepared to do for ourselves. I've given my 2 stars because I do see a lot of truth in the book, and I feel Mr Cainer certainly knows a lot about the spiritual side of things and how the universe works, but really I don't like the presentation. I think it's a bit patronising. He's writing the book from the point of view of MY 'guardian angel'. Now how is that possible exactly? I concede that might be a useful tool to get the message across, but I think it's too unreal to make the message seem real. Also, in his own words in this very book, "Nor do you know exactly what you are supposed to be doing with your time on this planet. You don't know and nor do your fellow humans, however deep their convictions might be." I would suggest the reader take this into consideration when reading Mr Cainer's book, because he's not actually your 'guardian angel', he's another human, just like you.

As someone famous once said, 'dreams can come true, look at me babe, I'm with you'. Jonathan Cainer's book tries to set out a paradigm for re-ordering your planetary forum to do just that, make dreams come true. I have to say that I remain to be convinced. No offence, but one can't help but think that if it worked, Jonathan would be writing for something better than the Daily Mail.
Jumping on the bandwagon - Rated
Never bought the book as Cainer just jumped on the bandwagon and became the second person after Barbel Mohr to write about Cosmic Ordering. The second reason is it is probably written like his daily horoscopes - when you get to the end of the reading you wonder what was he talking about?
Again like some other reviewers I rate Stephen Richard's books way above Cainer and Mohr. Another author I rate very highly next to Wayne Dyer is Dr Joe Vitale, now he really knows what he is talking about.
Unimpressive NO-NO - Rated
Such a let down from the great newspaper astrologer I had come to follow over the years. In a brave attempt to give his book credibility we see all sorts of props being used, which might be fine for a newspaper horoscope but not something as serious as dabbling with changing people's lives. This book is a big NO-NO. If you want to make the most of cosmic ordering then you would do well to avoid this book.
Hmmmmm - Rated
this was the first book i got on cosmic ordering, and to be honest i found it hard to follow. It is writen in the words of your guardian angel, and for those like me who didn't really know too much about the subject it didn't really answer any questions.
As an astrologer i have great respect for Johnathan Cainer, but like i said it didn't do anything for me. if you want to learn about the subject i think you should start off with Stephen Richards who is a much better author on this subject.
