Very good book on a topic that generates so much controversy - Rated
I like Natalia Rose's take on raw food and a better 'whole' life. She advocates eating organic, seasonal, local food in the raw, either wholly or partially. And she helps integrate the body, mind and spirit in the entire endeavour.

I think her first book, on diet and detox, is a better introduction to her whole world and work, but this is still a very accessible book for the reader new to raw food (which means raw or cooked at extremely low heats).

I agree with one viewer below that this is not the book for the rabid vegan who will never want to read a thing about anyone who eats differently... but very few people are so narrow in their thinking. Rose's book is for a wide range of people trying to better their diets and habits. I, for one, appreciate that she proves that *not* every raw foodist is a vegan or a vegetarian, and that not every raw food proponent advocates the "100% raw or hit the highway" mentality.

Good on her! Very good book.

Not completely RAW ! - Rated
I was under the impression from the title of this book that it was about RAW vegan food, she has chapters that include meat and fish and cooked food. I would not have purchased this book if I had known, so be warned, if you want a strictly vegan raw, don't bother buying this book. She does though have some very enlightening words of wisdom in the chapters leading upto the food sections, which are very inspiring.

Ahead of her time - Rated
Natalia Rose is ahead of her time. Her concept and perception of healthy eating, combined with her understanding of the Spiritual Realm, makes this book a must read. We all have the power to change our lives and Natalia guides you through this process in an effortless, easy to understand way. Nothing in the book overwhelmed me and her advice, menus and support mechanisms, makes this program one of the easiest i have ever undertaken. I loved her first book, The Raw Food detox diet,and hope Natalia does not stop here. I also encourage Natalia to take her message to the next level. As we know the mind, body and spirit are truly one and this program helps you fast track to a new way of living in an effortless and all inspiring way. Not once did i feel this program was a chore. The noticeable differnce in my figure, mindset and energy levels were so inspiring i now have friends and family on the program. Bravo Natalia.
