dull - Rated
This is a dull book to read. It was scoped as useful for managers- but I found it aimed at professional coaches. Havent used anything I read in it. Will probably ebay it. Save your money & take your team out for a drink instead!

It clearly articulates the stages of the coaching process. There is a wealth of assessments and profiles, numerous practical coaching techniques and importantly, the authors discuss the role of the coach's personality. Techniques and how to use them range from self-awareness exercises, problem-solving techniques and journalling.It is research-based,thorough and very readable. Highly recommended!.

This book is brimming with models, techniques, assessments and procedures to conduct coaching sessions.The information is well researched and practical and the book is extremely well-written. It is a 'must' for practising coaches, regardless of their coaching specialty or whether they are working within an organization or have their own coaching practice.
