Have used this book and her others to introduce myself to my new Breadmaker.It contains lots of great advice about flours,fats,toppings and plenty of great hints and tips to ensure you get the best from both the recipe and your machine.The recipes are clearly set out and easy to follow,which if followed accurately,results in a perfect loaf every time.I've had no mishaps yet! Highly recommended for its broad choice of recipes.

Good for special diets - Rated
There are an awful lot of gluten free / wheat free recipes in this book. However, all bar one of the recipes tried so far have turned out well. Panasonic users note the order of ingredients in the recipes is the reverse of those recommended in the manual (liquids first etc) which isn't a major issue. This book, for me, hasn't really lived up to what I expected and I will be purchasing another book with more general recipes.

Too many gluten free recipes - Rated
Far too many are gluten free. Good as a supplement or those who want gluten free bread.
I've used the free download from the Panasonic website more than I've used this book.

Excellent Buy! - Rated
I ordered this book at the same time as my new breadmaker (and am glad that I did!). Although I am completely new to breadmaking the recipes in this book are very easy to follow with an excellent section at the beginning listing the different flours and ingredients you may need and what their purpose is.

The book contains basic bread recipes, sourdoughs, tea breads, dough and also, unlike other books on the market, has a section for people with special diets. These include gluten free recipes, high fibre, healthy heart, egg free, menopause and PMT management, yeast free and diabetes.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone, whether novice or experienced.

The ONLY book you will ever need! - Rated
Fantastic! We have had a bread maker for 10 years (Panasonic) and have tried various recipies. Fed up with the American books, that often produce bread that is too sweet, we purchased this book. We thought we produced good bread, but with this book, we produce EXCELLENT BREAD every time! Can not rate this highly enough - if you have a bread maker this is an essential guide ........ an essential book
