Brilliant - Rated My 2 year old son originally had this book from the library and loved it so much we had to buy it. We read it every night and he now knows it off by heart. It is a real adventure book with great illustrations which they can become engrossed in. Worth every penny Brilliant - Rated I loved reading this book to my daughter and she loves reading it over and over again. Original, intelligent, and funny with wonderful illustrations. That was a ripping pirate adventure, and this one is about a dastardly space villain with a nasty case of asteroids. The text is really witty and enjoyable both for children and the adults who read to them, and the artwork and page design really help to bring the text to life. My 7 year-old says "I like the description and the theme especially the bit where Mungo is sucked into a book. Altogether good for 1-8 years".
