Good book for young and old alike - Rated I recently bought this book when I realised that much of the O Level maths I once knew, I had now forgotten. Becoming shocked with how little I could remember I decided it was time to buy this book and get my brain back into gear, if only a low gear. I am working through the book chapter by chapter and so far it is excellent. Much of it is quite simple, but would I have remembered it without the book? It moves at a nice pace, and I would advise anyone to do all of the exercises even if your think you know the answers it is good practice, and I realised that I make sloppy mistakes. I think it would be good for young people wanting to get some practice at about GCSE level. Older people who want to still help their 12 year old with homework. People who just want to maintain a reasonable level of maths or a primer leading onto A level. An excellent book, everyone should have one.
