Customer Reviews

A great disappointment !!! - Rated 2/5
After reading some great reviews about this book, I was very much looking forward to reading it. and once I read it I was disappointed beyond words. It was full of sentimental babble which I tried but could not appreciate. The only part of the book I found interesting was the part where the leading female character was made to act out a lady of the night role in a hotel room with her boyfriend, her boyfriend's uncle and the hotel waiter. the rest of the book was disappointing and not very exciting. This book is may be to some people's taste, but certainly not mine. For the lack of a better word I would say the I found the contents of this book were a bit mundane.

A down-to-earth, no-frills account of one woman's curiosity - Rated 5/5
This book is written in a very basic style, which gives it a credible feel. The main character gets swept away by her curiosity and becomes intent on working through her fantasies - with mixed results. Candidly written and an entertaining read

The Best So Far? - Rated 5/5
I dont think so but a wonderfull book all the same, buy it you wont be sorry. I would also recommend Asking for Trouble by Kristina LLoyd, Shameless by Stella Black and Mother Tongue by John Helmer. A few more efforts and Laura will be up there with the greats!

the best single sex scene I have read - Rated 5/5
jut buy this book for the first few chapters

it describes one long continuous scene where the heroine services her boyfriend as a whore in a hotel room. His boss then enters along with a hotel waiter. Will she. won't she - of course she does and it is very, very horny.

She goes on to have a few more adventures, including being shaved by a gentlemans barber.

Really, really good

Wonderful Storytelling! - Rated 5/5
I've read many Black Lace novels, and this one is undoubtly the best so far. Excellent description of the love/sex scenes, excellent probing of human sexuality, both male and female, with international intrigue expertly woven in as well. Wonderful storytelling from Hamilton, equals that of the long-established masters. This is my first Hamilton novel, and it certainly won't be the last!
