As an introduction to the world of FX this is the best book out there - Rated
This book is an excellent guide to the complex world of currency trading. It gives some excellent explanations on the the world's major currencies, why they are the major currencies, how they correlate both to each other and to the money markets in general, and what factors drive currency values up and down.
It doesn't have a lot of technical analysis, if you are looking for TA tips on playing the FX markets then this isn't the book for you. But if you're looking for a book that de-mystifies the complexities of how the FX markets work, then this is an excellent choice.
Pretty Good - Rated
This book is pretty good for people who are novice or intermediate traders. The book is a bit long on history, as most are, but does provide helpful strategies that are well explained. Whether you are a technical or fundamental trader, I would add this to your bookshelf.
Excellent Read - Rated
If you want to learn how to trade in currencies then this MUST be your first port of call. A well written, consise and informative piece of work.
AN INFORMATIVE READ Albert@Malik9117.fsbusiness.co.uk - Rated
As a complete beginner to currency trading I found there was plenty of valuable information here. I would definitely add it to your reading list, some good chapters on when the markets are open around the world and an intersting chapter on correlations within currencies and a further important chapter on looking at the gold price as a means of following some currency prices was very important to learn and know.
Poor, Poorer, Poorest. - Rated
VERY long on history, VERY short on substance. Lots of plugs for various websites and services but next to useless for anyone with more than a basic knowledge of Forex trading. Gives background information and history lessons throughout but gives little in terms of actual profit making strategy. Bitterly dissapointed with this book. I didnt expect this book to make me a millionaire overnight, however i didnt expect to nod off while reading it either !.
