It was the teacher's book that made me finally decide to adopt Playway to English for my classes. The book contains everything a busy teacher needs. Each lesson plan is covered in so much detail that very little lesson planning is needed. The instructions are clear and extremely detailed. There are even notes on classroom management in the margins. This book is a boon for both experienced and beginning teachers. It contains additonal information that helps the teacher and\or school help parents understand the course. The section on the linguistic theories behind the book is important information for the teacher. A wonderful inclusion is a section on "The Role of parents and teacher-parent communication" - This section is particular valuable to the beginning teacher who needs to learn how to manage not only his\her students but also their parents! The inclusion of two photocopiable masters on "young learners and foreign language learning' and "The role of parents in the development and learning process of their children' are very helpful for parents meetings at the beginning of the school year. There is also a photocopiable sample report card. In other words Playway to English teachers book not only includes lesson plans but also classroom management ideas and marketing tips.
