I Disagree With the Author - Rated
I do believe that we all need a day of rest, replenishment,and time to spend with our God.The author said that we don't have to do it on a specific day but that is wrong. In the 10 commandments, God said remember the Sabbath day on the 7th Day (Ex. 20). We should always spend time with God, but the 7th day is set aside from the rest of them.
