Easy Healthy Eating - Rated
I bought this book along with a few others when the dietician was unable to supply recipes for weight loss (I was really surprised she had nothing). Of all the books this is the one which we have turned to for meals, time after time. My daughter chooses which things we are going to eat during the week and then we stick to our planned menu.
The 'Meal in a Bowl' soup and the 'Roasted Tomato and Pepper Gnocchi' are both very quick and easy to make. I like my food (hence the weight loss attempt)and this has helped all the family eat more healthily without feeling that they are being forced to convert to some sort of bizarre diet. I have preordered 101 More Low Fat Recipes because we like this book so much.

This book has been very helpful in my quest to eat more healthily. It has excellent appetising recipes that are clear and easy to prepare. I have no hesitation in highly recommending it.

Great little book with easy to understand recipes. Photos are great. Good nutritional information for each recipe. very tasty food
