A great book to help you get happy - Rated This is a very useful book which helps people see improvements in their lives in very practical ways. I love the happiness manifesto and the 12 steps to happiness - they're very useful and there are some 'worksheets' in the book which are also helpful. I don't agree with the 12 commandments of 'Happiness at Work' however (too simplistic) and some of the book is over-reliant on the theorising of Barry Schwartz & Mihaly Csik. which didn't make much sense to me. I also think the design /strucutre of the book could be improved; there could be some nice relaxing images and/or photos, there could be less about the various authors and the book could be paperback. Overall it is worth getting. Perfect Xmas present - Rated Perfect therapy for Mr or Miss Grumpy without causing offence.
