Check out the p&p costs before you buy anything on Amazon!!!!!!!!!!!! So straight forward my husband could use it! - Rated Bought it for my husband, who always said he wanted to learn how to cook me a nice meal! This book doesn't just give you a receipe to follow, it gives step-by-step, easy to follow instructions. It tells you exactly what to do and, more importantly, when to do it. After all, nobody wants to eat the vegetables half an hour after the main course. It even tells you when to put the plates in to warm. A perfect book for anyone new to the kitchen.
