Nice Book.... - Rated This book tells you absolutely everything you need to know about each event of Track and Field. It's very thorough throughout the book, and you need time out in order to read it properly and understand the basics. Advantages. * Shows you what to do for each of the 14 events. * Shows the drills needed to teach it. * Shows the development in stages. * Shows the common errors that people make and how to correct them. * Has some nice diagrams. Disadvantages: * There's a lot of it. * It's all in black and White. * It can be confusing at times. Overall, I'd recommend this book to ANYONE interested in Athletics and how to improve their technique and gain further results. This is a really good book, so go out and buy it. Go on, do it now!
