excellent- cognitive behavioral therapy using the bible ! - Rated
this book is very helpful for those, like me, who have a tendency to low self esteem and negative thinking.

it's a very simple premise-- fill your mind with bible verses, that inspire and challenge your thinking.

i do find that the American author can be rather patronising, and irritatingly smug. (i must admit to having a British distate for the perceived brashness of many American christian writers--this is probably a misunderstanding of cultures).

but the subject matter is so good that i would recommend this book to most of my friends.

A really encouraging book which has been one I've turned back to repeatedly during difficult times. For me personally this is one of the most practical and transforming Christian books I've read. It isn't complicated but if you take her teaching to heart the effects are significant.

Life-transforming read - Rated
This book is a really excellent read! It addresses the way we think, and how we should centre our mind on God- honouring thoughts and practices. It deals with many issues in an encouraging but intensely challenging way, inspiring you to change and live a life that is more honouring to God.I've given gifts of it to several people now, and as with all of Elizabeth George's books, I will continue to do so!

A Breath of Liberation - Rated
Inspirational, mind blowing pages of unadulterated good practical interpretation of scripture. This book looks into particular problematic areas that many women struggle with in every day life. Challenging and life changing this book provokes change in your thinking patterns and helps you to erradicate and see the uselessness of mindless negative though patterns that we can often participate in without even realising.

Advice that uses passages from the Bible to unlock the prison of your own mind and free you from the burdens that we place upon ourselves. Whatever denomination, religion, non-religion you are if you prescribe to reading this book it will completely alter and improve your mindset.

This book is a must have and should be on every women's must have or wish list, it is so inspirational and can help transform your daily life and mindset. My personal favourite from this author's writings I have found myself buying it over and over as once I have lent it out, I just don't have the heart to collect it back knowing how much it has encouraged and helped me and wishing the same for others.

Mind Makeover - Rated
Out of the series of books by the author this is one of my favourites, it is one of those challenging books that focuses on internal personal development of the mind through the Bible. It is an empowering book which challenges women to look at their behaviour and thoughts and helps them to identify destructive and restrictive thought processes.

Liberating read that simplifies life and offers practical advice on dealing with several issues which really are a burden to most women, constructive in helping women to find peace and tranquility in their thoughts and life.

Women are totally different from men and just like other books this books takes an in-depth look at what causes these differences and offers helpful advice and eradicating some of those less desirable differences we possess.

This book is life changing, the author has broken down and applied various scriptures in ways that are very relevant, correct and practical. Overall an extermely well written thoroughly enjoyable book that I have bought over and over again as I have lent it out and not had the heart to ask for it back knowing how much I loved it myself.
