Hogwash - Rated There is no genuine science her, and "unlimited" is nothing but a foolish concept. How does this lucky guy dare to preach the world if he is unable to hold his own water (left his wife...)? The whole book is based on the narrow notion that we humans are bio-computers, ready to be manipulated, because all we want is to avoid pain and maximize pleasure. Avoid! AWASOME TONY ROBBINS - Rated U KNOW WHAT TONY IS ONE GUY WHO HAS RADICALL CHANGED LIVES AND ANYONE WANTS TO DISPUTE THEY CAN BUT THE FACTS STAND. TONYS DONE A HECK OF LOT RESEARCH AND HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. HIS A LIFE COACH AND A DAMM GOOD FRIEND TO MANY. OK HE'S ASKING FOR YOU TO MAKE SOME CHANGES BY CHANGING YOUR DIET, GUESS WHAT TONY'S GOT MORE ENERGY THAT THOSE PEOPLE WHO WANNA SLAG OFF A VEGIE DIET. But I give this 5 stars because amongst the padding there are some great ideas for taking control of your thoughts. Written with bags of enthusiasm and giving practical examples, this book is worthwhile. If you only get one book or tape by Robbins, get this one. readable but not fully digestable - Rated I went on one of this author's workshops, which I found to be fairly reasonable in content. I found the book to be the same, sometimes a pleasure to read certain parts and sometimes a pain to follow the author's dictum. This is saturated with good advice, but I never really found the thread of connection. Maybe some of his audio might be better? an open mind - Rated I read this book with an open mind, as a lot of reviews slam the book. I wasn't sure how far this went in terms of inspiration of the mind. I was a little unhappy when I found that it was more to do with reframing your mind, as that would give you an altered state, you would become a different person, maybe a little like self brainwashing. I decided against putting some of the things to use, as I want to keep my mindset that I already have, thank you. Still plenty to feed your mind though.

I have been reluctant to review Anthony Robbins as I have loads of his stuff and like this review it never seems to get to the point!

But I give this 5 stars because amongst the padding there are some great ideas for taking control of your thoughts. Written with bags of enthusiasm and giving practical examples, this book is worthwhile.

If you only get one book or tape by Robbins, get this one.
