Forever and Always - Rated
Reader from Gibraltar, Europe I expected a romance and was surprised at the plot. If you like the occult and strange it is a real worthwhile novel to read. Nothing much in the romance front, but a very easy plot to follow with lots of humour. A good description of slavery in some plantations in the eighteen hundreds and how the masters bedded their slaves so at to sell their off-spring.

If you enjoyed Forever you will simply love Forever and Always; Darci Montgomery the fiesty, funny & gifted heroine is back; after a few wonderful years married to the gorgeous Adam Montgomery he and his sister have disappeared in mysterious circumstances. The world at large (except for the Montgomery/Taggart clan) due to the medias vilification of Darci think she has bumped him off for his money. She is therefore virtually a prisoner in her own home, extra lonely and longing for Adam who she knows is alive because of her 'gift', because she has had to send her small daughter and niece (who are both equally as gifted if not more so than Darci) to stay with Michael (Sweet Liar) Taggart and family for their own safety. While her father travels the world trying to trace Adam and his sister (who is her fathers wife) Darci helps him from afar. Her mother sends and actor friend to her so that she can help him find his missing son; Linc (the actor) is a gorgeous black man who thinks he is irrisistable to women, of course as far as Darci is concerned no one but Adam will do for her. Their adventures which includes a haunted old Southern Plantation are hilarious, sad and sometimes scary; as in all Judes books there are a lot of other fascinating characters and having read this I can't wait for the next of the 'Forever' series. I hope she keeps bringing my favourite Michael Taggart in to them. Keep them coming please Jude as we have a long winter ahead of us, and thank you for this one.
