GOBSMACKINGLY GOOD - Rated 5/5
This is a thriller you wont be able to put down. I bought it at a charity fair and have since lent it to at least a handful of friends (only one refused to finish it because she was struggling to sleep soundly after reading it at bedtime! ) Godsmackinly good book!

Terrifying stuff!! - Rated 5/5
Having read his 2 later books with great enjoyment I wondered whether his first would be as good - I was not disappointed! A brilliant novel with just enough technical stuff about the DID (multiple personality) condition to whizz the story along. Ex-Agent Pender is a character I came to care about - he also made me laugh alot!!! Excellent page-turner with a sting in the tail - I say no more!!

Strawberry Blondes Forever - Rated 5/5
Up until about a month ago I had never heard of Jonathan Nasaw, I purchased "27 Bones" from my local bookshop and decided to give it a whirl. I have just finished reading "The Gils he adored" this is one of those books that is difficult to put down, this author is in the league of such modern day literary talents as Barker, Kuntz and King. The book simply begs to be read cover to cover - there is a horrible cliché which is so often overused nowadays but this is a real page turner. Maxwell is not just psychotic, he has the ability to make Hannibal Lector resemble Winnie the Pooh! The really disturbing thing about this book is that there are real life "Maxwell's" in this world - who knows you may even be sat next to one whilst you are ready this, gosh what would Miss Miller think about that!
