I just recieved the book today. And the book is fantastic. It is so simple and also understandable. The book shows examples to explain question, theres also exam question for practice and also the 'quick question' at the end of every section are very useful. Great book =)

I just bought this item, as soon as i opened it i could see the differences between this and the chemistry 1 book. It is so much better..all the rubbish is taken out, the diagrams are necassary, labelled and colourful. The facts are perfect and it contains extra sections which are really helpful such as Mathematics and examination questions. Definately essential for Ocr Chemistry A especially in use with the Chemistry 1 books because having 2 references for information really helps. Well worth the £15 price tag =D

This text book is much better than my school text book and another revision guide I have, because not only does it show you what you need to learn, it explains what you're learning and keeps very to the point.
There was something in the this text book which I learnt that came up in the exam, which wasn't in other text books also.
It was pretty much all I used for revision and it got me an A.

All that is needed to achieve a grade A at AS Level Chemistry is this book. If you were to buy one book only to get you through the course, this would be it.
