Spanish English Bilingual Visual Dictionary (US English/Mexican Spanish) (DK Visual Dictionaries) - Rated The book is good - well illustrated and easy to use. I moved to Spain several years ago and live in Andulucia, and still carry this very useful book around. Yes, Amazon are selling the US it's a "US English - Mexican Spanish" dictionary rather than a "UK English - Castilian Spanish", but, Castilian Spanish is not solely the spoken dialect of Spain, so the same can be said for the latter book too. But, this book still works well as the majority of the words are the same or very similar. The Spanish are helpful, so if you make an effort to speak their language, albeit not totally correct they will help you in return. So the book works as a good guide, for everything that you need whilst being in Spain. As the book is divided into sections, which contain illustrations making it quick easy to search and find items and their names. Quadralingual? - Rated The book itself is pretty good - well illustrated and easy to use. UK customers beware though - Amazon are selling the US edition, so it's a "US English - Mexican Spanish" dictionary rather than a "UK English - Castilian Spanish". It does give Castilian Spanish in footnotes, but ignores UK English completely. Buy the book - but not from Amazon, go to Waterstones for the UK edition!

The book is good - well illustrated and easy to use. I moved to Spain several years ago and live in Andulucia, and still carry this very useful book around.
