i'm one of those babies - Rated 5/5
I was born in 1970 in Greece. My mother used the Greek version of this book to teach me to read. I could read by 18 months old. It really works!!

teach your baby to read glenn doman - Rated 5/5
I taught my daughter to read in 1972 with glen doman's method, played silly games, spent very little time on it.By age five, she'd read every children's book she could get her hands on. she sailed through school, and uni,and did not know the meaning of being bored. Now a working mother of three, still manages to read everyday.Does not turn your child into a geek, she'd read so many adventure stories, could not wait to do sport and games. She can not remember ever, not being able to read.

Amazing results! - Rated 5/5
We taught our two sons to read using the Glenn Doman method in 1980. Both boys were reading Lord of the Rings well before they were five. They devoured books and still do. Made a significant contribution to their educational progress. Eldest was 3 and youngest 18 months when we started. Bought the latest edition for eldest to use for his son due in May. The method has been updated based on further research. If you follow the method and have fun with your child while doing so, you will be amazed. It will be one of the best gifts you will give your child.

32 years of Satisfaction - Rated 5/5
I taught my daughter to read using the Glenn Doman method in 1975 when she was 2 years old. It was one of the best things I have ever done.Since then I have spent 35 years teaching English and French in France and the the UK. |I have used the approach in many ways to develop language skills; I am now starting to teach my 16 month old grandson and, eventually, his 6 week old brother using the same principles. This makes learning to read great fun for both parent and child.New research shows that 9 month old children are at the most receptive time in their lives for learning and absorbing language. This is not 'pushing' the child to achieve but encouraging the skills that allow the child to develop in and at his or her own pace. The world is at their feet..................for the price of a paper back.
