Great for a beginner - Rated
I bought this book so that I could read up on cheerleading before joining my university squad and was not disappointed. The basic arm motions and jump pictures were really useful in getting positions correct and meant that when joining the squad I already knew what they were talking about. I was disappointed they didn't include more pictures on the harder stunts especially as I am due to perform in a competition soon and was hoping to find pictures of the stunts I was going to be doing. Something to aim for really, no such luck. I also felt they needed to include more information on warm-ups and possibly nutrition.

Overall I found this book really interesting to read and still love looking at the pictures trying to get my stunts looking more like the ones shown, ah well practice makes perfect!
