Some useful tips - but not for absolute beginners - Rated Everything you would expect from a book of this genre is here; anatomy, perspective, composition and costume all illustrated superbly by Mr Kubert. Unfortunately, the book is organised in such a way that a beginner will soon become confused by the order in which these basics are presented, and may become disheartened. There are some excellent nuggets in here, but you will have to have some previous knowledge to recognise them, and some perseverance to find them. If you are a beginner I would start with Drawing Dynamic Comics by Andy Smith, then buy Superheroes when you have already mastered the basics.
