what about some pictures - Rated My parents bought this for me and the song selection is good but where are the pictures? My children can't read and so hate this book. They scream at me when I get it out. We have a couple of great song books (German one's) with the music words and brilliant illustrations. They love these and so do I. They can find their favourite songs because they remember which picture to look for. Great fun and very comprehensive - Rated This collection has all the old favourites and more! Rhymes you may remember your parents singing to you as well as those your children may be learning at playgroups/nursery. The arrangements vary from 'I'm going to have to practise this a lot' to 'my sight reading is quite good today!' I've only just started exploring it, but am genuinely enjoying a break from more serious music. There are two draw-backs: firstly, there are no suggested finger positions; secondly, the spine is glued so you need pegs to keep the book open.
