Excellent practical help for the inexperienced - Rated This book is written from a Christian perspective but would be helpful for many people. It gives a holistic approach and answers questions you didn't dare admit to not knowing. There's a great section on dispelling myths and loads of no-holds barred practical advice. It also covers the real emotions you will experience including frustration as well as elation. Sex isn't always plain sailing and this book allows you to feel that you're not the only ones for whom the earth doesn't move every time. There's some useful exercises to help you understand each other's bodies as well as emotional needs and that sex is part of a journey of building a relationship with one another. Sex is about giving to each other unselfishly and looking to the other's needs. All in all a very helpful book which we would recommend to anyone getting married - essential reading!
