If you only buy one book this is it. - Rated A fantastic book for anyone who is interested in floristery. Full of pictures and instructions, beautifully laid out. A brilliant buy and a must have. Excellent - Rated Purchasing this book was money well spent. It is extremely comprehensive covering all aspects of floristry in easy to follow steps. I found both the modern and traditional designs extremely well illustrated and they were easily understood. This book is a must buy for anyone and everyone who is interested in floristry, whether or not they are in the profession! excellent - Rated i am a student currently studying Floristry, my boyfriend bought me this book for valentines day, and i have to say it is excellent. It gives so much information on a variety of subjects from conditioning flowers to tips on taking a wedding booking. Alot of the info works well with what i am studying at college, and the pics and descriptions are great. this book is a must, take my advise! It cover's buying, care and storage, colour, balance, scale and proportion, Wiring, Hand-tied, flower arrangements, weddings, funeral and much, much more. As I have said this book is great for a ref: and would be of great use to anybody in the floristry industry be it college or in the work place. If you are looking for way-out design's then this is not the book for you, this book teaches the foundation's of floristry, the core to perfection once you have mastered this book you can the move on to "way out" and be a success!
