For it's time, i.e. about 20 years ago, an excellent effort - Rated This book was published at a time when there was a great lack of quality books about Islam, especially for children. However, as with most books by the Islamic Foundation, it represents a great effort and introduction to Islam for children. It features inspirational true stories of the prophets, sections on good manners, and also the basic aspects (five pillars) of Islam are dealt with. It therefore provides a nicely broad introduction to your Muslim child, up to the age of about 10. However, it may well be that better titles are available now, although this does not detract from this excellent effort, and it is highly recommended to all parents in order to teach Islam to their kids. Non-muslims will also find it a useful introducation to the fastest growing religion today.
