I found this a little tiresome, as all the measurements were US measurements, which mean very little to anyone outside the USA.

Not really aimed at the British Market - Rated
As an extention to the diet I thought that this book would be a useful and handy addition. Unfortunately it is totally aimed at the American Market, it relies extensively on brand names many of which are not on sale in the UK, consequently it has been of little use.

A worthwhile companion to Dr. Atkins diet - Rated
As you would probably expect if you have already read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, this book is very American and can initially be a bit confusing for the British reader. It is packed with a lot of useful information for the person following Dr. Atkins diet. The book has around 1,200 listings including listings of brand-name products, this makes it very useful especially when shopping. Grams of carbohydrate, protein and fat are listed for many popular foods. This book was designed as a companion to Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution book and is not really much use unless you are following the plan.
