These help me focus my meditations - Rated I bought a pack of Angel cards after visiting the Findhorn Foundation for an Experience week. Since then they have become an integral part of my daily meditative practice : on a Monday morning I shuffle the pack, say a wee prayer asking my Higher Power to send me an angel to guide me for the next week and then select a card blind (or should I say I let the Angel choose me?). I then use that Angel quality as a focus for my daily life - this week it is "Integrity", so I have to make sure I am as truthful and honest as I can be with my Guardian Angel watching over me!! The pack I bought (not the silver anniversary edition with extra cards) includes a couple of blank cards for you to add your own Angel, which I thought was a good idea (I've made "Death" one of mine - not in the physical sense but more indicative of cycle's end, if you see what I mean). I also buy these to give away to friends so that they have Angels to watch over them! Very helpful - I always seem to be visited by the one I need...
