Yes! He does know what my problems are. - Rated What an amazing book! Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's gentle words to solve our human problems are extremely powerful! It completely changed the relationship between myself and the people around me. Now I believe in the life without ANGER! didn't solve mine! - Rated Only works if you become a buddhist i think. didn't really read much of it. because of our western ways we would find it hard to follow these directions it would mea a huge life change. find efexor worked better for me! Practical Advice - Rated Whilst I am not a Buddhist and some of the background thinking is a bit more difficult to get in to, this book is well worth reading. It has practical advice which we can all use. One of the main themes is about anger, which we all encounter and I suspect few don't experience in some form. Whether our feelings towards other inconsiderate motorists or friends who let us down etc. The point is it lowers the quality of our own lives (and Buddhists would say future lives as well) and therefore if we can improve our reaction to these situations - all the better.

Whilst I am not a Buddhist and some of the background thinking is a bit more difficult to get in to, this book is well worth reading. It has practical advice which we can all use.
