A truly inspiring tale - Rated
I was fortunate enough to review this book in advance of the release date. This story is based on Helen's own experiences and provides a fascinating insight into the world of someone who was systematically bullied in the workplace. It looks at the impact bullying had on her life, her health and relationships and ultimately how she gained the strength and courage to face up to the bullies and rebuild her life. It does not claim to be an expert guide on tackling workplace bullying or the issues behind it, but instead provides a real-life account which I'm certain many readers will be able to relate to.
This story sheds light on an often taboo subject and may be precisely what a current victim of workplace bullying needs to read in order to realise they are not alone and that they can indeed come out the other side.
A call to end bullying - Rated
Helen Christina is frank and open about the shocking experiences she had with a boss who continually bullied her. The tactics such as late night meetings, harassment and belittlement are more common than many people realise. But Helen doesn't just tell her story, she offers some very sound advice to people experiencing the same thing - at school, work, anywhere. Helen Christina writes with conviction, humour and wisdom. Bully Boss is a book that is long overdue.

Brilliant, Moving & Very Well Written - Rated
A brilliantly written book by someone that had obviously been through hell and back. Brought back hideous memories of supporting a family member through a very similar situation. Well Done Helen Christina!
