To be honest I didnt really know what to expect when I bought the book but I must say it has opened my eyes to a whole new dimension.

When someone disagrees with it in your household it makes it harder to study and you definately need peace and quiet for this book. Everything is explained brilliantly and you can learn so much from it.

Dont be put off by the authors name either.

I havent fully projected yet as I do not feel i have put enough time and effort into this but I have definately been very close and I have had lucid dreams too since getting this book. This is something I have great interest in and before i found the book (accidently) I didnt know anything about it.

You can join a forum and chat to other people reading this book its great.

Astral Experiences and Beyond! - Rated
I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in something new and wants to challenge themselves to fantastic opportunities!

After a few weeks into the book, I had astral experiences right away, and since then I only got more and more amazed to what I could achieve and what I could learn in the astral plane!

Before I read the book I knew hardly anything about astral projection. I followed through with the exercises, like awareness in daily life, relaxation, and concentration techniques and before I knew it I had my first experience floating out of my bed and seeing the room I was in - exactly like it was in the physical world but more vibrant and real! It was amazing! As I moved through the book and the course format, my dreams got clearer and more vivid, and I kept having more experiences of consciously being in the astral plane. This in turn pushed me to want more and more meaningful experiences because I knew if I had it once, more is sure to come. I found out that astral projection isn't really hard to achieve, but it's about consistency and then it becomes a natural and living part of our life. The experiences of course, really give powerful pushes of motivation to keep going!

It is written very clearly and straightforwardly and is easy to understand so that you can practice the techniques on your own. There are simple exercises that anyone can do and which can bring incredible results! It was a truly inspiring read, giving the keys and map to a whole new world I never thought existed before. But the true inspiration lies within the experiences we can have and the incredible knowledge we can gain!

I first discovered Belzebuub’s extraordinary teachings when I took the online course in mid-2002, having seen the term ‘astral travel’ mentioned briefly on a website. I was intrigued by the possibility of the astral plane actually existing – that there could be something real beyond our three-dimensional world – although I was a bit skeptical after reading so much theory in various new age books. I was positively surprised when I discovered the website mysticweb.org, which actually offered techniques that would allow me to do what I most wanted – gain my own experience.

Through working with the techniques given on the site, I had my first astral experience in a matter of days. It was not one of those profound and meaningful experiences that we can have there – all I managed to do was get out of bed and stand up, looking around the room for a little bit before I woke up somewhat shocked at what had just happened. But I saw then that the course wasn’t feeding me nonsense that wouldn’t work – these techniques could actually be effective in achieving an out of body experience, even for someone who only days before had known practically nothing about the astral plane even existing.

Since then I’ve had many more experiences, which have shown me through direct experience how truly incredible the astral is and how fortunate we are to have Belzebuub teaching us in such a straight-forward manner how to go about investigating the astral plane and the reality of things. Provided that we put in the right efforts when working with the practices, we can achieve so much with the techniques given in this book (and in the other courses offered at the same site).

This book is the most complete guide to the astral plane that I’ve seen, explaining how the astral plane works, how to get there, what dreams are, how we can learn from them… And it emphasizes personal investigation and verification throughout, rather than relying on belief.

I am very grateful for having ‘stumbled upon’ these teachings, which have opened my eyes to a different side of life and given me the techniques for real learning and inner change.

A practical down-to-earth guide - Rated
In the relatively distant past I'd spent many hours and much effort failing at astral projection. I could barely even remember my dreams, and thought that astral projection was just a figment of people's imaginations, so I was surprised and excited to find that after trying the exercises in this book I started to get success and experience the astral for myself!
This guide gave me what other websites and books about astral travel did not. It gave me down-to-earth, practical and very effective techniques to explore astral travel and lucid dreaming without a lot of overwhelming and complex theory. It takes you step by step through building competent skills to experience the astral right from the beginning, shows you what to expect, how to deal with it and also has a lot of helpful Q & A from people who have taken these lessons previously.

Through showing me how to build the right skills, I was able to get astral experiences, learn that other dimensions really do exist, and that this is something we can objectively prove for ourself rather than relying on what others say or think. This book shows you how to access knowledge that will enhance your life in so many different ways, and gives you tips and techniques to prove that what you're experiencing is true and real and not just a fantasy.

One of the best things I found about this book is that you're not just expected to believe what is written, but you're encouraged to go out and investigate for yourself, and then shown how to do this. And then it's just up to you to follow the course and do the exercises and experience Astral Travel for yourself!

Highly recommended to anyone who wants practical techniques rather than lots of theory. And don't give up if you've never managed to experience the astral. I hadn't no matter how many times I tried until I found this guide, because never before in all the books or techniques I read had I been taught the fundamental basics for projection - why it works, what stops it from working (and how to overcome these obstacles), and how to build your skills to get the best possible results. You learn that everyone can experience astral projection once they learn how, and that it's not restricted to only gifted or 'spiritual' people. Give this book a good go and you won't be dissapointed!!

The Beginning of Everything... - Rated
Excellent. Easy to read, simple to apply, step by step methodology to astral project in 9 weeks. This book explains perfectly the nature and the physiological process of astral travel. With this in mind and understood, it’s easy to use the tools and the exercises given inside to succeed in astral projecting. More, everything has been structure methodically like a plan to build a house. So you begin to the point A and you finish at the end of the book at the point Z, and you are able to explain everything to everyone. If I look objectively over my personal experiences while experiencing this book I can mention this: I have had my first astral projection while applying these techniques within 5 weeks, I have had successes with astral projection and the majority of the exercises in this book, this is the beginning of spiritual work and searching within. Thanks to this book and the author.
