As someone inclined to dismiss affirmations generally, reading this book and listening to the CD has changed my attitude - for the better I believe. I decided to give it a try after all if they did not work what had I lost, at worst I would merely be where I was before. As suggested by Louise playing the CD before and during sleep works also - I awaken with a much more positive calm energy for the day. Even if one is skeptical I would definitely recommend trying this as there is nothing to lose and plenty to gain. Try now and enjoy the benefits immediately.

This is one of the best self help books (with CD). A gentle, relaxing, loving companion. Her gentle, positive affirmations work like magic. Listen to the CD in the morning and it transforms the whole day. Her words build your confidence and strength, nurturing positivity, eliminating negativity it heals all past wounds.

I must confess that I was never a fan of Louise Hay before this but I've since converted! This small book is packed with so much clear and concise information regarding affirmations and is beautifully illustrated throughout. Specific topics such as health, self esteem, forgiveness, job success, relationships are also discussed at some length. It also comes with a CD which is the audio version of this book. So you can choose whether to read the book or listen to the cd. You will not regret buying this set!!!
