Caleb's Mum - Rated
Caleb has loved this book since he was 5 months old, it even calmed him down when nothing else could - suggest you only buy the large version. Everytime we get to the Charlie Chick's Mum Caleb's eyes pop out of his head ! He is now 10 months old & still loves it, although it is very tatty now.
Great introduction to pop-up books for babies - Rated
Get the Large format edition. Besides the "cheep, cheep" chicken noise that is activated by pressing Charlie Chick's belly on the front cover, the mum on the last page is so HUGE that it will blow your little's ones mind. My 10mnth old loves this book and is always surprised at how huge the pop-ups are. Cute rhymes lead you from one pop up to the next focusing on Charlie Chick's body parts. This book was great for teaching my little one to point to things in response to my questions, such as - where are he's eyes? My son also loves to measure his feet against Charlies. Charlies are twice as big!. A perfect first pop-up book and a must for your babies library.

Our son loves this book, we can read it a dozen times in a row and he doesnt stop smiling. When Charlie Chick's Beak pops out of the page he jumps and grins with loads of giggles. Highly recommended book for 9 months +

I bought this book when my son was 3 months old and he loved it instantly..he coos with delight at Charlie's beak every time we read it. I would recommend it to all parents who want to get their little ones interested in reading.
Fantastic - Rated
My 14 month old son has had this book for ages now and its been one of his favourite's since day one. He hasn't managed to break any of the pop up bits yet (thanks to relatively hardy construction) and he still laughs at the last page where you see how big charlie chck's mummy is!
