When Wiliam tries to collect scrap iron. He ends up taking poor Mrs Bevertons wartime exebition wich is iron but not scrap and changing it too some iron from Ms Miltons tool shed. He tries to evacuate some children from Hadley and while they're in the cellar three people visit and all are left with something.

Are the only Two words that can describe this book. Richmal Crompton describes perfectly the mischeivous adventures of William Brown and his colleagues. On his way he will encounter adventure, fright, enemies, and allways get into trouble.

This book is truly the work of pure genious.
