Wonderful book - Rated A delightful philosphy of life and a wonderful book on running. Slow but surely I completed a marathon with Bingham's inspiration fueling me on. Wonderful motivator - Rated At last a book that doesn't make you feel guilty or a failure if you're not that good at running. Author focusses on not giving up and it's by reading this book that I'm still running 3 times a week which is the longest I've gone without giving up. He has been there and done that and his testimonies are very powerful and ring true to many 'failed' runners. Since reading this book, my outlook on running has completely changed and I can feel successful after every run, even bad ones. I've also learnt how to set realistic expectations and not to demand too much of myself. This author spoke straight to my heart. An excellent book for those who've tried running in the past but given up thinking they're not the running type or they're just not good enough. Give it a go and see how your outlook will change.
