The Wall. - Rated I was really looking forward to receiving this book, and unfortunately it's been a disappointment. It is extremely amateurishly written which detracts from the story. There are no chapters in the book and the suspect spelling and lack of punctuation sometimes makes it hard to follow. The book comes across as if the author spilled events out in one huge, hysterical and emotional outburst, in anticipation of it being "tidied up" afterwards. This doesn't appear to have happened. There is no depth to her descriptions of events, and she rushes off at tangents leaving the reader bewildered and at a total loss of where she is and what's going on. What's more the book isn't in the slightest bit "horrifying" not even I'm afraid, a little bit scarey. This is a very low budget and badly written little book. Save your money. Sometimes i was confused as to where in the house they were, where the wall was position etc. Theres also no chapters in the book which i found strange, when will writers of books like this one realise we need floorplans and diagrams!! I like to know exactly where i am in the house while im reading and it just puts me off when i get confused!
