Excellent collection - Rated This is an excellent collection, primarily of the Seaton Begg stories, who is the somewhat specialised detective of the title as he solves cases for the greater good through a myriad of alternate universes or time streams battling Alf Hitler in various situations, vice gangs in Chicago, various unpleasant dictators and his friend/nemesis Count von Bek. All with the stiffest of upper lips and brimming with English cunning and resolve of course. Great writing and highly absorbing but if I have one criticism it's that the cost per word is a bit high, it's not a very long collection but otherwise a valuable addition to the bookshelf.
