Eysenk and Keane - Rated VEry useful book for my first year cognition lectures, and it's been recommended as a core text for 2nd year aswell. Readable, and not too complex to understand. Good-but very technical - Rated This is a great into to cognitive therapy but I would also recommend FREE YOUR MIND by Anthony Stultz as a more comprehensive user-friendly book for those who want to go back to the original cognitive philosophy.
