When I read this book I was hoping to find a good strong ladder, with safe, secure rungs, on which I could pull myself up towards personal fulfilment..... and I found it!
Ursula James says that "You Can be Amazing", my question was, "how?" and I found that this well-written book provides the answers.
I thought that her common sense, logical approach and her obvious expertise and understanding of hypnosis, gave me a safe, structured footpath to follow. It seemed always to address the challenges of the next step and provided a route to the discovery of personal resources and strengths whilst encouraging and enabling the release of unwanted and unneeded clutter.
The book made change achievable and within reach, turning a once frightening journey into an exciting voyage of discovery and achievement.
Ursula James' "You Can be Amazing" has changed my life........and I believe I am!

I wanted to like this book and audio CD!! Unfortunately I found that Ms James approach is nothing like as structured as Paul McKenna's. Each track on the CD is much shorter than the single track on "How to Change Your Life in 7 Days" by McKenna but I found the latter's CD far more powerful.
Excellent self improvement book - Rated
I liked this a lot - no jargon, no theory, just a practical step by step process. I cannot imagine even the most cynical completing this process without experiencing some positive benefits.

Ursula James provides a superb practical journey to anyone looking to Be Amazing. Of the thousands of self help books on the market this is in my opinion one of the most inspiring I have read. From start to finish the author provides powerful, beneficial hypnotic suggestions that drive you to realize anything is possible.
It is fresh, crisp, direct and more importantly real world. The CD makes you appreciate she is a leading authority in her field.
The authors humble style should be applauded and it makes the content all the more believable and real.

This book is fantastic. In a simple straighforward way Ursula James explains how you can make small changes which create big changes and if her life turnaround is anything to go by I have high hopes - am already seeing some changes.
