THE DEFINITIVE - Rated Every serious money family lawyer needs this book. Most sensible barristers in my chambers (who do family) have it. It is perhaps too comprehensive at times - and I found myself getting a little caught up in the detail. But it covers it all. One criticism: the company valuation stuff is a bit thin - but hey the author is a DJ and not a forensic accountant what do we expect? The self reppers bible - Rated This book is indispensible for anyone considering representing themselves in an ancillary relief case, it's dynamite! I choked a bit at the price, but after reading a few selected paragraphs I realised it was going to save me thousands upon thousands. I read it cover to cover and now have the confidence to take on my ex-wife's solicitor in open court. This book has already shown how several of her claims can be successfully contested and has given an added boost to my written submissions and letters. This book is right up to date, and needs to be. Don't save pennies by buying an earlier or second hand edition. Wholly reccomended.
