I thought this book was expertly written and is both informative, and inspiring. Unlike many books of this ilk it is not too heavy going but has enough 'science' and biology to give added credibility to the theories contained within. The exercises are simple to follow and to do, and so much of the book is uplifting and compelling. I really enjoyed reading this book, and actually am about to buy my own copy having been lent it by a friend as it is definitely one to dip into again and again. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in healing, and self-healing but also to those who are on a spiritual path as there is much wisdom and insightful information contained within and the exercises will help you along your own path to spiritual self-discovery.
