BACKYARDIGANS FANS BEWARE!!! - Rated
When I saw the opportunity to pre order this book I jumped at the chance because my son is a true backyardigan fan and has most of the books. However when it turned up and I opened the cover I noticed that it is the same story as We love a Luau with the words slightly adapted from Luau to Beach Party. I had previously bought We love a Luau last year from Amazon UK and it is still for sale on their site. OK it has the USD amount on the back whereas the beach party has the GBP amount but seems a bit of a con that it is the same story. I don't know why they have republished this book, do they think we will not know what a Luau is? (It tells you anyway) to me it just seems another way to get money from the public.

I must admit I'm not one to write reviews unless I think it can help other people. Therefore if you already own We Love a Luau don't waste your money on this book, and for those of you who haven't bought either check out the price of the We love a Luau as at the time of writing this it was cheaper unless you think your child would not understand that a Luau is a big Hawaiian party.

However all things said my son loves this story which is why I have given it top marks.
