Could not put it down! - Rated
Perfect holiday read for me, I couldn't put it down and really enjoyed every second of it. It appears from the reviews on here that you either love it or hate it... and I'm firmly in the love camp as most other people are!
Not a huge fan of chick lit but this is the exception. Definitely worth a read.
Absolutley Brilliant!! - Rated
I've never really wanted to write a review for a book before, but this one i just had to. From beggining to end it was brilliant. I have been trying to get everyone i know to read this, and when they have they've said exactly the same. Fingers crossed the writters next book can reach the same great standard as Lucy in the sky, i surely hope so.

This book was a great holiday read and I am now starting her new book which is proving to be as catchy on first impressions.
Amazing Debut! - Rated
Lucy in the Sky is an amazing debut from Paige Toon and if your a fan of legends such as Sophie Kinsella & Jane Green, you will love this book with a capital L. Ok, it will not strech your brain but if your in the mood to read for fun, then this will do the trick. Lucy is a typical 20-something girl who lives in London with her gorgeous lawyer boyfriend and the perfect job, but life doesn't seem so perfect when you're sitting on a 24-hour flight to Ozzy land and your love life falls apart when you receive a text about your so called amazing boyfriend. Lucy arrives in Sydney for her best friends wedding, her hometown of sun, sand & surfing and thats when she meets Nathan, a sexy-messy haired surfer - but like all great romances, nothing is simple. The characters are instantly likeable especially Lucy & Nathan. Toon develops the story well from page to page and has you super-glued to your seat for its duration. I bought this on a Thursday night and read it by Friday - its that good. Miss Toon, I salute you.
really good - Rated
I haven't read a British romance this good since the "the chocolate run" by Dorothy koomson (and that was a while!)
It's not very deep and you know the end after few pages but the way it is written you don't care.
When you are a bit blue this book is definitely the one for you !
