Very funny at times, but thoughtful insight into pregnancy and keeping the faith from a Christian perspective. A "must read" for any Christian woman who is pregnant.

I know the author's sister - but trust me I'm not being in biased in my recommendation of this book - it is seriously good for the soul!

Have brought additional copies to give to friends when I hear they are expecting. Wouldn't shell out the dosh, if I didn't think this was a great book!

An excellent read - Rated
As a midwife and mum to nearly four children I found this a thoroughly enjoyable read. There is tonnes of practical info that even a veteran parent will get new things from and plenty of funny bits that will make the most serious of us smile. Most importantly it sucessfully places God at the centre of what after all is a wonderful gift and priviledge from Him to us. This is an excellent book that I would recommend to brand new 'parents to be' and those of us who have walked this very rewarding but precarious path for some time.

As a midwife and mum to nearly 4 children I found this an extremely good read and one that would make even the most serious of us smile. It is a book that virtually anyone can relate to whether pregnant for the first time or a very experienced grandparent. What is probably the best thing about this book though is the way it shows us how we can keep God central in the whole experience of pregnancy, birth and beyond.
